What is Cf?
Cystic fibrosis is an inherited disease caused by what they say is a "faulty gene" This gene controls the movement of salt and water in and out of your cells, so the lungs and digestive system become clogged with mucus, making it hard to breathe and digest food.
How beautiful is she?!?
Chantelle is actually the bravest person I know, she doesn't let nothing get in her way she's a very courageous young lady.
At the moment she's studying Media Makeup with mwah as you can see in the photo below she's such a beautiful happy girl and she's always got a smile on her face.
My attempt to Phantom of the opera;
Chantelle's aim in life is to be a nurse for children and next year she's going to university studying nursing. Chantelle is very passionate about what she does and to her to be a nurse means so much to her, I think she would make an amazing nurse as she's such a loving, caring person.

She has to go through so much treatment such as; chest physio, various tablets from vitamins, pancreatic enzymes, insulin, antibiotics etc...
She has Naso-Gastric feeds to keep her weight stable and for extra calories and also she has intravenous antibiotics via a port-a-cath when needed which is about 4-6 weeks. As you can tell she has to go through so much and on top of all this she still comes out smiling.
